  • Cut the lamb chops into mid-sized pieces. Rinse and blot the chops with a paper towel. Using a knife, cut them into medium sized pieces.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Grease the pan with vegetable oil, put the chops and fry on each side over high heat under a lid for about 5 minutes.

  • Add a glass of boiled water, reduce the heat to a medium, and simmer lightly for about 15 minutes.

  • The next step is to add a few tablespoons of wine and bring the chops to readiness. Turn the chops periodically. The meat should be soft and there should be no smell.

  • At the end of cooking, sprinkle generously with dried herbs to your taste and finely chopped garlic.

  • Before cooking, do not add a lot of oil.The meat will soak too much and you'll just spoil the dish.

  • Do not forget to turn the chops periodically during cooking.

  • Almost all spices and herbs combine with lamb, so you can safely experiment. Cilantro, cumin and coriander are especially suitable for this dish.

Bon Appetit!
