Method

  • First of all, wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into slices or strips and fry in hot vegetable oil over high heat until golden brown.

  • Then wash and chop a half a head of red cabbage into strips by a knife and simmer for 10 minutes over high heat in another pan.

  • Reduce the heat and add 1 tablespoon of sugar,  few pinches of salt, hot red pepper, simmer for several more minutes and add a teaspoon of vinegar. The color of the cabbage will immediately become brighter.

  • Turn off the stove, wash, chop finely the greens (parsley or dill) and add to the cabbage.

  • Put the washed and dryed by a paper towel meat in a hot frying pan, pre-greased with vegetable oil, and fry on both sides until done over high heat.

  • All is done! Cabbage turns out juicy, sweet and sour, insanely tasty and goes very well with the meat.

Suggestion

  • Since everything is fried over high heat, do not move away from the stove so as not to overcook.

  • To avoid being burned by the boiling oil, blot the ingredients with paper towels before frying.

  • To know that the meat is ready, pierce it with a skewer.

Bon Appetit!
