Wash the lamb chops and season them with salt and pepper. Put them in a bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together to homogeneity in a big bowl. It is our meat marinade. Cover the meat with it and leave for 2-3 hours in a fridge.
Line a tray with parchment paper. Lay the roasting sleeve on the parchment and place the chops in it. Tie tightly, pierce with a toothpick in several places and send to the oven, preheated to 270°F.
After half an hour, reduce the heat to 302°F and roast for about an hour.
Separate the chops and serve them with any side dish. For instance you can serve them with the grilled vegetables.
Don't open the sleeve until done.
As a garnish you can serve different sauces or make mashed potatoes.
