Take the pumpkin and cut it into medium-sized pieces. Afterward, with the help of a grater, grate the pumpkin. Set it aside for a while after seasoning with a pinch of salt. Also, open the canned green peas and rinse and wash them very well.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, add the ground chicken, grated pumpkin, canned green peas, 1 egg, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix everything super well until all the ingredients are combined. Transfer the meat into a loaf pan, but before that, spray the pan with sunflower oil.
Place the pan with the meatloaf in the already preheated oven and bake for 50–60 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside for several minutes before slicing the meatloaf and serving the dish. Enjoy!
It would be a great idea to top the meatloaf with grated Parmesan cheese 10 minutes before taking it out of the oven. The cheese will add flavor and make the food incredibly delicious.
Bon Appetit!
