Indulge in a cheesy, meaty treat! This flavorful meatloaf with mushrooms and cheese will have you craving more. It's impossible to resist the mouthwatering flavor of the melted cheese with the succulent ground beef and mushrooms.


  • Ground chicken
    15 oz.
  • Mushrooms
    5 pcs.
  • Cheese
    3,5 oz.
  • Breadcrumbs
    0,5 cup
  • Egg
    1 pcs.
  • Milk
    0,3 cup
  • Scallions
    3 pcs.
  • Garlic powder

  • First, wash the ingredients. On a cutting board, put the mushrooms and scallions. Then, start by chopping the mushrooms into small cubes, and then proceed with slicing the scallions. When done, place the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  • Place a grater on a flat surface and shred the cheese. Put the cheese in the mixing bowl together with the cut mushrooms and scallions.

  • In the mixing bowl with the mushrooms and scallions, add the rest of the ingredients: ground chicken meat, milk, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and garlic powder. Mix the ingredients well and transfer the mixture into a loaf pan. In an already preheated oven at 375°F, bake the meatloaf. When done, remove it from the oven and let it cool down for some extra minutes. Afterward, slice and serve the dish!


  • You can use any kind of cheese you like, including mozzarella or cheddar.
