  • Chicken liver
    7 oz.
  • Scallions
    2 pcs.
  • Breadcrumbs
    0,5 cup
  • Egg

  • Ketchup
    2 tsp.
  • Worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp.
  • Salt
    1 tsp.
  • Black pepper
    to taste

Method

  • On a cutting board, place the chicken liver. Make sure to wash it before cutting it into small cubes. When done, put the cut liver on a separate dish.

  • On a separate cutting board, place the washed scallions and slice them. Make sure that the slices are of medium size.

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Add the ground pork, cut liver, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, sliced scallions, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper to taste. When done mixing all the ingredients together, place the meatloaf in a loaf pan and preheat the oven to 375°F.

  • Bake the meatloaf for 50–60 minutes. When done, remove from the oven and serve after it slightly cools down. Enjoy and indulge in this delectable recipe!

Tips

  • If you do not like the taste of liver, try replacing it with ground beef, which goes super well with ground pork.
