On a cutting board, place the chicken liver. Make sure to wash it before cutting it into small cubes. When done, put the cut liver on a separate dish.
On a separate cutting board, place the washed scallions and slice them. Make sure that the slices are of medium size.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Add the ground pork, cut liver, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, sliced scallions, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper to taste. When done mixing all the ingredients together, place the meatloaf in a loaf pan and preheat the oven to 375°F.
Bake the meatloaf for 50–60 minutes. When done, remove from the oven and serve after it slightly cools down. Enjoy and indulge in this delectable recipe!
If you do not like the taste of liver, try replacing it with ground beef, which goes super well with ground pork.
