Buckwheat noodles do not have special taste, but they keep beneficial properties. Combined with beef meat and vegetables, you get a healthy and balanced dish. This Asian meal will delight your guests for sure. Cooked very fast and easy!

  • Garlic

  • Soy sauce

  • Marinade for beef meat. Pour it with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Add 1 clove of garlic. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Then cut the meat into strips.

  • Peel and finely cut the onion. Heat the wok pan and pour vegetable oil. Then brown the onion and beef for 2 minutes.

  • Wash the celery stalk and sweet pepper. Cut the celery stalk into rings, the sweet pepper – in half rings. Then add these chopped ingredients to wok pan. Brown for 2 minutes, remove from stove and put on a plate.

  • Take the pot, pour water and bring to a boil. Put buckwheat noodles in boiling water, cook for 10 minutes. Then drain the noodles with a colander and rinse in cold water.

  • Then take these noodles and brown in wok pan in vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes.

  • Combine all the ingredients. Serve hot.
