Marinade for beef meat. Pour it with soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Add 1 clove of garlic. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Then cut the meat into strips.
Peel and finely cut the onion. Heat the wok pan and pour vegetable oil. Then brown the onion and beef for 2 minutes.
Wash the celery stalk and sweet pepper. Cut the celery stalk into rings, the sweet pepper – in half rings. Then add these chopped ingredients to wok pan. Brown for 2 minutes, remove from stove and put on a plate.
Take the pot, pour water and bring to a boil. Put buckwheat noodles in boiling water, cook for 10 minutes. Then drain the noodles with a colander and rinse in cold water.
Then take these noodles and brown in wok pan in vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes.
Combine all the ingredients. Serve hot.
