Yakisoba noodles are Japanese meal. It is made of noodles, chicken and vegetables poured with a spicy sauce. This recipe is very cool for busy people, because you can cook it with any food left in the fridge. And also it takes only 20 minutes. The perfect dish for a weekday evening!

  • Carrots

  • Chinese cabbage
    0,9 lb
  • Soy sauce
    8 tbsp.
  • Onion
    1 pcs.
  • Garlic
    2 cloves
  • Chili paste
    2 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil
    1 tbsp.
  • Sesame oil

  • Poor water into a pan, add noodles and cook them until they are done. Follow the package instruction. Drain the noodles with a colander and leave to cool down.

  • Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

  • Heat the frying pan, pour vegetable and sesame oils. Then add chili paste, simmer for 1 minute.

  • Peel the garlic. Finely chop it and add to the frying pan.

  • Then put the chopped fillets and mix everything well. Brown for 30 seconds. 

  • Pour 1 half of soy sauce and mix again. Simmer for 10 minutes over moderate heat. At the end close with a lid.

  • Finely chop the Chinese cabbage and onion.

  • Peel the carrots and grate them.

  • Put all these chopped ingredients to another frying pan. Pour vegetable oil. Simmer the vegetables for 5 minutes over medium heat.

  • At the end combine all the ingredients in one pan, don’t forget about the noodles. Mix everything and pour with a soy sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes and season to your taste.
