Poor water into a pan, add noodles and cook them until they are done. Follow the package instruction. Drain the noodles with a colander and leave to cool down.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
Heat the frying pan, pour vegetable and sesame oils. Then add chili paste, simmer for 1 minute.

Finely chop the Chinese cabbage and onion.
Peel the carrots and grate them.
Put all these chopped ingredients to another frying pan. Pour vegetable oil. Simmer the vegetables for 5 minutes over medium heat.
At the end combine all the ingredients in one pan, don’t forget about the noodles. Mix everything and pour with a soy sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes and season to your taste.
