Very fast and delicious dish with shrimps and soy sauce. The main ingredient is the egg noodles which are tasty both cold and hot. You can add any ingredients. Pepper chili to make the meal spicy, anise to make it sweet. A good idea for romantic dinner, the dish is cooked very quickly! Make your evening special and feel a deep spice aroma!

  • Egg noodles

  • Peanut butter
    2 tbsp.
  • Garlic
    1 cloves
  • Anise
    tbsp.
  • Green onion
    1 sprig
  • Peeled shrimps
    24 pcs.
  • Soy sauce
    2 tbsp.
  • Lime
    1 pcs.

Method

  • Cook the egg noodles. Pour water into a pan and add egg noodles, cook for about 2 minutes until they are done.

  • Heat the wok pan in peanut butter. Then saute the garlic and anise for 30 seconds.

  • Then add chopped green onion and peeled shrimps. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

  • Add soy sauce, lime juice and egg noodles. Mix all the ingredients and simmer for 1 minute. Cut the lime in half, put on top of the plate.
