Cook the egg noodles. Pour water into a pan and add egg noodles, cook for about 2 minutes until they are done.
Heat the wok pan in peanut butter. Then saute the garlic and anise for 30 seconds.
Then add chopped green onion and peeled shrimps. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add soy sauce, lime juice and egg noodles. Mix all the ingredients and simmer for 1 minute. Cut the lime in half, put on top of the plate.
