  • Broccoli

  • Shrimps

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Olive oil
    2 tbsp.
  • Soy sauce
    3 tbsp.
  • Balsamic sauce
    1 tbsp.
  • Ground chili pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

  • Pour water into pot, then put soba noodles. Cook for 8 minutes, then pour our the water.

  • Heat the frying pan and olive oil. Then add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.

  • Divide broccoli into florets, cut the cherry tomato into half. Then add these ingredients to the sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.

  • Peel the shrimps from their heads and shells. Also you can buy the peeled ones.

  • Combine soba with vegetables, simmer for 3 minutes.

  • At the end add the shrimps. Season with spices and saute for 2 minutes.
