Fill a pot with water, add salt and pasta. Cook until it’s done. See cooking time on the package. Then drain the pasta in a colander.
Grate the cheese.
Rinse the parsley, finely cut.
Cut the chicken meat into small chinks. Season to your taste, mix well. Leave for 15 minutes.
Rinse the champignons, cut into thin slices.
Peel the garlic, finely chop it.
Heat the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Brown the chicken chunks for a few minutes. Then add the mushrooms and garlic. Brown for 2 minutes, stir well. Finally, pour in cream. Bring to a boil, remove from stove.
Transfer the pasta to the plates, poured with chicken and mushroom sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
