Chicken mushroom pasta

Easy recipe of creamy pasta with mushrooms and chicken. It is cooked very fast, so the dish is ideal for busy week evenings. Serve hot, sprinkled with grated cheese and crushed garlic.

  • Chicken
    0,3 lb.
  • White flour
  • Sour cream (10%)
    3 tbsp.
  • Bundle dill
  • Vegetable oil
    to taste
  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Sift flour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt. Then pour in water. Mix well until there are no lumps.

  • Fill a pot with water, add pasta and salt. Cook until cooking direction on the package. Then drain the pasta in a colander.

  • Rinse the dill, finely cut.

  • Rinse the champignons, cut into thin slices.

  • Cut the chicken fillet into small chunks.

  • Heat the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and add the mushrooms. Brown until the liquid evaporates. Then add the chicken meat, stir well. Pour in sour cream, flour mixture and dill. Mix and simmer for about 10 minutes, constantly stirring.

  • Add this sour cream and chicken to pasta. Season to your taste, mix well.
