If you have a lot of leftover chicken, make a delicious pasta. Just cook pasta, then combine with tomatoes. Simmer for a few minutes and serve hot, garnished with basil leaves.

Method

  • Fill a pot with water, add salt and pasta. Cook until it’s done. See cooking time on the package. Then drain the pasta in a colander.

  • Peel the onions, finely cut.

  • Rinse the tomatoes, cut into cubes. Then cut the grilled chicken in the same way.

  • Heat the frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Then add the onions, brown until golden. Next, add the tomatoes and chicken. Simmer for 5 minutes, add the sauce.

  • Next, transfer the pasta to the pan. Mix well and simmer again for 5 minutes.
