Put the pan on the medium heat, pour 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook onion until soft 4-5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook about 40 seconds.
Add tomato sauce, season with salt and simmer about 15 min.
(you can use ready-made tomato juice, or you can to peel tomatoes and grind them in a blender)
Mussels preparation.

Mix spaghetti with tomato sauce and mussels. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve pasta with Parmesan.
