Very great and tasty pasta recipe with mussels! You will need tomato sauce, mussels, cheese, garlic, whine! Go and try this amazing recipe!

  • Olive oil
    4 tbsp.
  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • Onion
    2 pcs
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Ground black paper
    to taste
  • Tomato sauce
    1 cup
  • Dry white wine
    4 splash
  • Clams in shell
    20 pcs
  • Red pepper
    to taste
  • Fresh parsley
    to taste
  • Parmesan cheese
    to taste

Method

  • Put the pan on the medium heat, pour 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook onion until soft 4-5 minutes.

    Add minced garlic and cook about 40 seconds.

  • Add tomato sauce, season with salt and simmer about 15 min.

    (you can use ready-made tomato juice, or you can to peel tomatoes and grind them in a blender)

  • Mussels preparation.

    1. Peel a garlic. Separately put the pan on the heat, add  1 tablespoon olive oil and cook garlic for 1 minute.

    2. Add mussels and cook until they open, about 10 minutes. After that put mussels to a bowl. Pour in white wine and allow them to evaporate. 

  • 1.Prepare a separate skillet. Put there 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook clams until they open, about 10 minutes. 

    2.Remove 1/2 of the mussels and 1/2 of the clams from their shells. 

    3.Add all clams and mussels with and without shells to the tomato sauce. (You can add clams optional)

    4.Add red pepper flakes and cook for a few minutes.

  • Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water about 12 minutes. After 12 min, drain the water. 

     

  • Mix spaghetti with tomato sauce and mussels. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve pasta with Parmesan.
