A wonderful rotini pasta baked with beef! Perfect dish for lunch or dinner

  • Rotini pasta
    1 package
  • Ground beef
    1,2 pound
  • Diced onion
    1 tsp.
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black pepper
    to taste
  • Sasphetti sauce
    1 jar
  • Mozzarella cheese
    2 cup

Method

  • Put a pot on the heat and cook rotini pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

    After that drain the water

  • Put a pan on the heat, add oil, diced onion, salt and pepper. Add ground turkey or beef and cook in medium heat until brown. 

    Mix the beef with a half of the jar of spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes

  • Mix boiled spaghetti with browned beef in a bowl. Add second half of pasta sauce. 
    Prepare a baking dish. Pour into baking dish spaghetti with sauce and cover with aluminum foil.

  • Preheat oven to 425 degree F (230 degree C). Put there pasta with beef sauce and  bake for 20 minutes. 

    After, remove foil, add shredded mozzarella cheese and return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
