Preheat the oven to 390 F. Place the ravioli in a baking dish and add the spinach and peas. Stir to combine. Add soft cheese, lemon and 1/2 parmesan. Mix and season well. Add vegetable stock and bake for 10 minutes in oven.
Sprinkle extra parmesan on the finished pasta and serve.
