Tender ravioli with spinach and lemon. A dish that no one will be indifferent to, even hardcore meat-eaters.

Ingredients

  • Ravioli
    1 cups.
  • Frozen peas
    3,4 oz
  • Baby spinach, chopped
    3,4 oz
  • Vegetable stock, hot
    6,6 fl oz
  • Soft cheese
    4 tbsp.
  • Lemon, zested and juiced
    1 pcs.
  • Parmesan (or veggie alternative), finely grated
    1,6 oz

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 390 F. Place the ravioli in a baking dish and add the spinach and peas. Stir to combine. Add soft cheese, lemon and 1/2 parmesan. Mix and season well. Add vegetable stock and bake for 10 minutes in oven.

  • Sprinkle extra parmesan on the finished pasta and serve.
