Peel the garlic, crush with a knife.
Grate Parmesan cheese.
Wash basil and arugula leaves under running water. Grind the herbs, hazelnuts in a blender jar. Pour in olive oil, grind for about 5 minutes.
Fill a pot with water, add salt. Cook pasta until it is done (see cooking time on the package). Drain the pasta in a colander. Pour the hazelnuts mixture over the pasta, mix well.
