Fill a pot with water, add salt. Cook tagliatelle until it is done. Drain the pasta in a colander and leave in the sink.
Crush the garlic in a press of finely cut it with a knife. Heat the frying pan, add olive oil and garlic. Brown for a few minutes.
Open a can of salmon, drain the liquids and mash the required amount of fish with a fork. Then add to the frying pan. Brown for 2 minutes over low heat.
Season the sauce with spices. Then pour the cream. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Transfer the tagliatelle to the frying pan. Mix well with sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
