Canned salmon pasta

This canned salmon pasta is made with a fragrant garlic sauce. It takes only 15 minutes and the delicious dish is done! Serve hot with finely chopped parsley or any herbs. The best dish for busy days!

Ingredients

  • Canned salmon
    1,1 lb.
  • Tagliatelle
    0,5 lb.
  • Cream (30%)
    1,5 cups
  • Garlic
    4 cloves
  • Olive oil
    2 tbsp.
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

  • Fill a pot with water, add salt. Cook tagliatelle until it is done. Drain the pasta in a colander and leave in the sink.

  • Crush the garlic in a press of finely cut it with a knife. Heat the frying pan, add olive oil and garlic. Brown for a few minutes.

  • Open a can of salmon, drain the liquids and mash the required amount of fish with a fork. Then add to the frying pan. Brown for 2 minutes over low heat.

  • Season the sauce with spices. Then pour the cream. Simmer for 3 minutes. 

  • Transfer the tagliatelle to the frying pan. Mix well with sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
