Crush the garlic in a press or finely cut with a knife.
Peel the onion, finely cut it.
Heat the frying pan, add butter. Brown the garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
Peel the shrimps. Defrost them. Pull off the heads. Then take a sharp scissors and cut along the middle back, leave the tail. At the end rinse under running water, pull off the vein from back. The peeled shrimps add to the frying pan, simmer for 3 minutes.
Pour the cream into the pan, bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
Wash the parsley, finely cut the herbs and add to the shrimps.
Fill a pot with water, add salt. Cook spaghetti until it is done. Drain the pasta in a colander and transfer to the frying pan. Mix with sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
