Very tasty and juicy Italian pasta with fresh tomatoes. It is perfect for a romantic evening, meeting with friends or having lunch. Serve hot with a grated cheese and basil sprigs.

Method

  • Fill a pot with water, add salt. Cook pasta until it is done. Drain the pasta in a colander and transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Cut the olives into rings. Then heat the frying pan, add olive oil. Brown the olives and crushed garlic for a few minutes.

  • Wash the tomatoes, cut them into cubes. Then add to the frying pan. Remove from the stove in 1 minute.

  • Season the tomatoes sauce with salt and pepper.

  • Pour the tomatoes sauce over pasta.
