Fry the pistachios in a pan in olive oil for 1-2 minutes, add the onions and speck, fry until the onions are soft.

Place the pasta on a plate and pour the sauce over it, crumble the grated parmesan and ricotta on top.
If desired, you can add fresh or boiled brocolli to the pasta. It is very tasty and fresh.
