Pizza is one of the most famous fast food dishes, it is suitable for almost any meal or holiday, because it can contain both sweet and salty ingredients.

Method

  • Sift flour, add yeast, salt with herbs and sugar. Mix all.

  • Pour warm water carefully. Mix.

  • Pour olive oil and mix the dough with your hands or with a blender until smooth. Set aside the finished dough for 40 minutes under a towel.

  • Knead the dough, leave it under a towel for another 20 minutes, after which the dough is ready to go.

  • Prepare all the ingredients for the filling. Choose a tomato sauce of your choice. Tomatoes, bell peppers, dill and parsley, onions, garlic, peel and rinse under running water. Cut all ingredients into small cubes.

  • Fry the minced meat with onions and garlic in olive oil, add spices and a little salt to the meat. While the minced meat is roasting, cut the peppers and tomatoes into thin slices.

  • Add the tomato sauce to the minced meat. Stir and let cool slightly. Then transfer the resulting minced meat - the main component of the pizza - to another container for cooling.

  • Spread the dough with your hands along the bottom of the mold. This should be done carefully, sprinkle with flour and press with your palms, because the dough is rather thin. Place the cooled meat sauce on a layer of dough. Add tomato slices to meat sauce. Put the bell peppers, cut into rings, on top of the tomatoes. Add half of the grated cheese to the spices. Then, for flavor and juiciness, lay out a layer of finely chopped onions.

  • Sprinkle the pizza with the remaining half of the cheese and send it to the oven, preheated to 428 F, for 15-25 minutes until fully cooked. It is better to put the form on the bottom layer of the oven: the main filling is already ready, you just need to bake the dough until golden brown on the edge of the pie, melt the cheese and fry the vegetables a little.

  • Serve hot, sprinkled with finely chopped dill or parsley. Bon Appetit!

Tips

  • How to sift flour? 
    To sift flour, you will need a sieve and a bowl over which you will sift the flour. 
    Place flour in a sieve and sift directly over a bowl. 
     • The flour has a powdery consistency and may be a little messy. Empty it slowly. If you do this too harshly, the flour will end up on your shirt and work surface. 
     • It is best to wear an old shirt or apron before sifting.
