Method

  • Preheat oven to 428 F. If you are using ready-made pizza dough, simply drizzle olive oil over it. If you want to cook it yourself, then you will find this recipe on our website.

  • First, you need to make the pizza sauce. Chop the tomatoes and grind in a mixer or blender until puree.

  • Chop 1 onion in thin rings and cut in small pieces 2-3 garlic cloves.

  • In a separate container, pour a tablespoon of olive oil, garlic, and black pepper. Put on low heat. After a minute, add the finely chopped onion. Fry the onions until golden brown.

  • Then pour in the tomato puree. Also add tomato ketchup to enhance color.

  • Add in spices like chili powder, curry powder, sugar, salt and dry herb(oregano).

  • Add in 1 cup of water and cook in medium heat for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Thick pizza sauce is ready.

  • For the filling, cut the red and green peppers into small cubes. Cut the onion into small rings. You can also add some other fillings like mushrooms, spinach, etc.

  • Apply prepared pizza sauce over the round sheet.

  • Place the toppings of your choice. They are: capsicum, onion, sweet corn and boil kidney beans.

  • Finally, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, oregano and chili.

  •  Place the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-10 minutes. Voilà, the steamed pizza is ready. Enjoy!
