Preheat your oven to 325°F. Mix the 0.25 cup of orange juice and 2 tablespoons of mustard. Grease the ham with the sauce, put in a baking dish and cover with a foil sheet. Bake the ham for 15 minutes per pound.
In the meantime, mix the brown sugar, cornstarch, 2 tablespoons of mustard, ginger powder and 0.5 cup of orange juice. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook for 4 minutes. Let the sauce cool.
16 minutes before the cooking time is up, take the ham out of the oven and preheat it to 425°F. Grease the ham with the prepared mixture and put in the oven until it caramelizes.
If your ham has a plastic disc on the bone, it should be removed.
You can use pineapple juice instead of the orange.
