Pork chops can be tasty not only in a frying pan, but also in the oven. Sprinkle the meat with fresh herbs, season with spices. Marinate the pork meat for a few minutes and start cooking. If you like a well balanced food, serve pork chops with a vegetable salad.

Method

  • Cut pork fillets into steaks. Tenderize the meat with a mallet. Season each slice with salt and pepper.

  • Heat the frying pan, add vegetable oil. Brown the steaks until half-cooked.

  • Wash the apples, cut into half.

  • Transfer the pork steaks to a baking dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake int the oven at 392 F for about 40 minutes.

Tips

  • Before placing the pork on a wire rack or in a frying pan, let it rest for half an hour. The meat will fry more evenly.
