Cut the pork meat into portions (about 0.3 inches thick).
Peel the garlic, cut into thin slices.
Combine vegetable oil and vinegar. Pour this marinade over the meat. Sprinkle with herbs, season with spices. Let marinate for a few hours in bowl, cover with plastic wrap.
Preheat your outdoor grill. Then brown on a wire rack until golden.
If you don’t have grill, use non-stick frying pan.
Before placing the pork on a wire rack or in a frying pan, let it rest for half an hour. The meat will warm up and fry more evenly.
Marinate the meat in a non-aluminum food container, otherwise the meat will have a “metallic” taste.
