Pork chops are the perfect dish for a delicious dinner. It is cooked very easy and fast. Just find a good meat, non-stick frying pan and spices. Serve with salad, grilled vegetables or any grains.

Method

  • Spread mustard on both sides of pork chops. Season with salt and ground pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.

  • Heat the frying pan, add vegetable oil. Brown the pork chops over medium heat until they are done. Cook for about 8 minutes.

Tips

  • Before placing the pork on a wire rack or in a frying pan, let it rest for half an hour. The meat will fry more evenly.

  • Marinate the meat in a non-aluminum food container, otherwise the meat will have a “metallic” taste.
