Rinse pork fillet, dry with a paper towel and cut into slices. Beat each slice of meat, cut in half. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, dip pork slices in the flour.
Break the eggs, beat them with a fork, whisk or a mixer. Then add the grated cheese to it, season to your taste. Dip each slice of meat in the egg mixture, breadcrumbs. Heat the frying pan, add vegetable oil and brown meat for 4 minutes each side. Then transfer them to the paper towel, to remove excess oil.
Rinse lemon, cut into rings. Garnish your plate before serving.
Fresh pork meat has a light pink color, doesn't have smell.
