Rinse the pork chops, remove the excess fat if it's required. Cover each piece of meat with cling film and beat on both sides.
Mix the following ingredients in one bowl: bran flakes, flour, salt and pepper.
Break the eggs and beat them.
Dip each pork chop in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture and again in the flour. Heat the frying pan, add vegetable oil. Brown meat for 5-7 on each side.
Before placing the pork chops in a frying pan, let them rest for half an hour. The meat will brown more evenly.
