A simple recipe for crispy schnitzel in breadcrumbs. It won't take you too long to cook, and the result will please you.

  • Dried breadcrumbs
    5 tbsp.
  • Parmesan, finely grated
    2 tbsp.
  • Egg, beaten
    1 pcs.
  • Plain flour, seasoned
    1 tbsp.
  • Pork escalopes
    4 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil
    2 tbsp.

Method

  • On a work surface, beat the pork escalopes until it is 1-2 cm thick.

     

  • Mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan. Roll the future schnitzel in flour, then in egg, and then in breadcrumbs and parmesan. Fry the meat in the oil for three minutes on each side, until golden brown.
