Cook rice porridge. Soak the rice in water for 20 minutes, rinse several times. Fill a pot with water, add grain. Cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat. Let it cool.
Take saucepan. Combine the following ingredients: cooked rice, salt and milk (leave ½ for sauce). Mix well and place on the stove. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
Make sauce. Mix the following ingredients: ½ cup of milk, beaten egg (break and whisk egg) and sugar. Then pour to the saucepan. Don’t stop stirring constantly. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Remove from the stove, add butter and vanilla. Mix well.
To cook white rice, you need 2 cups of water for 1 cup of grain.
To prevent milk from burning, pour 1 tbsp. of water to the saucepan and then pour milk in.
