Ruddy, fragrant and tender red fish steaks! The perfect evening meal with a glass of wine!

Ingredients

  • Red fish
    600 gr
  • Vegetable oil
    2 tsp.
  • Rosemary
    1,2 tsp.
  • Ginger
    40 gr
  • Lemon
    80 gr
  • Salt,pepper
    to taste

Method

  • Wash fish steaks, peel and dry.

  • Preparing a baking dish. Cover with foil, grease with vegetable oil. Put the rosemary and chopped ginger root on the bottom. Put fish steaks on top,  add salt and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice on top and pour a little oil on it.

  • Wrap the fish with the second part of the foil.  Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake fish 20-25 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and leave the fish to brown for 10 minutes. The steaks are ready!
