In a pan with oil, fry the garlic for 2 minutes, then add the tomatoes and cloves, keep on the heat for about 10 minutes, then with a little water add the beans and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove the garlic from the pan.
Heat a frying pan, place the steak on it and fry for a minute on each side, then sprinkle it with vinegar and fry for another 30 seconds on each side. Turn off the heat and leave the steak in the hot skillet for 3 to 4 minutes more. Then put it on a plate and pour the tomato and bean sauce over it.
