Place the well seasoned steak on the hot skillet. Fry it on both sides for 3 minutes each. Place feta, tomatoes and rosemary on top of the steak, turn down the heat a little and cook for 2-3 minutes more. Finished steak can be served directly in the pan or put it on a separate plate.
