  • Prepare pork meat. Use neck meat, because it is softer. Rinse and cut into steaks about 2 cm thick. Make a piercing fork. (to absorb the marinade better).

  • Marinade.

    Pour olive oil, soy sauce, spices into a bowl and mix them. Rub the steak with marinade on both sides and leave to marinate for half an hour or an hour.

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the steaks in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake about 30 minutes. Next, you need to remove the foil and let the meat brown. Turn the steak over to the other side and leave it until brown. After that, turn off the oven, cover with foil and leave in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
