Wash the turkey, dry it, peel of skin and bones. Cut the fillet into two halves (steaks).
Turkey marinade.Wash green leaves, dry and chop them. Wash, peel and chop the garlic in a garlic press. Mix herbs, garlic, spices, olive oil in a bowl. Soak the turkey meat in the marinade, (make sure that every part is covered with the marinade) grease it on both sides and screw in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
After marinating the meat, take it out and put it on a grill pan preheated on the stove. Fry the steaks on both sides for 8 minutes. Sprinkle the finished steaks with herbs and pour with lemon juice.
