Pan-Fried Turkey Steak

Grilled turkey in a delicious marinade! Tasty and hearty dish for lunch or dinner.


  • Turkey fillet
    1,6 kg
  • Olive oil
    104 ml
  • Garlic
    8 clove
  • Tarragon
    40 gr
  • Basil
    20 gr
  • Lemon
    0,8 pcs.
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black pepper
    to taste

  • Wash the turkey, dry it, peel of skin and bones. Cut the fillet into two halves (steaks).

  • Turkey marinade.

    Wash green leaves, dry and chop them. Wash, peel and chop the garlic in a garlic press. Mix herbs, garlic, spices, olive oil in a bowl. Soak the turkey meat in the marinade, (make sure that every part is covered with the marinade) grease it on both sides and screw in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. 

  • After marinating the meat, take it out and put it on a grill pan preheated on the stove. Fry the steaks on both sides for 8 minutes. Sprinkle the finished steaks with herbs and pour with lemon juice.
