Grilling lean meat is always an easy choice, but what about fish? Cooking fish is a challenge for many of us, but it doesn't have to be! It's actually not that hard to cook fish. The easiest way is to cook fish in a pan. Fried fish fillets are the perfect way to prepare a flavorful, moist and tender piece of fish. Add your favorite salad and have a healthy meal on your holiday table in less than 20 minutes.

  • Fish steaks

  • Flour
    50,1 gr
  • Breadcrumbs
    50,1 gr
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Dry spices
    to taste
  • Vegetable oil
    30 gr
  • Lemon juice
    1 tsp.

Method

  • Peel and wash the fish steaks. If  it is frozen, defrost them beforehand. Sprinkle them with lemon juice.

  • Mix flour, salt and spices in a bowl. Prepare a separate plate with bread crumbs and a separate plate with a beaten egg. Firstly wrap the steaks in flour, then in an egg and finally in bread crumbs.

  • Pour oil into the pan, put it on the stove and heat it up. Spread the steaks and fry over high heat until golden brown on both sides. Then we reduce the heat and cook for another 5 or 7 minutes.
