Method

  • First, fry the steak in oil in a pan on both sides for 1-2 minutes. Then remove it from there and transfer it to the slow cooker. To the pan, where the meat was fried, add onion, fry it a little, then add the rest of the ingredients and bring everything to a boil. After that, pour the broth over the meat and leave it to simmer for 4 hours. Cook on low until the meat is tender.
