Method

  • Combine and chop the ingredients for the chimichurri sauce, pour olive oil liberally over the ingredients to mix well. Do not forget to add spices and salt.

  • In a hot buttered frying pan, fry the steak on both sides for 2 minutes each. Don't forget to season it well. Place the steak on a plate and pour the sauce over it.
