Method

  • Grease a skillet with butter and place the well seasoned steak on it. Fry for 2 minutes on each side.

  • Then add the shallot to the steak and fry for another 2 minutes, then pour in the vinegar and crushed peppercorns, boil until the liquid evaporates. Then add the broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add the cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring. The dish is ready to serve!
