Taco is the most famous dish of the Mexican cuisine. Made with tortilla and different fillings like the fish or meat. The highlight of this recipe is the sauce salsa cooked with all kinds of peppers and spices. You can take the cod fish tacos for lunch or cook for dinner to your family.

  • Sprigs green onion

  • Red onion
  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • Lemon juice
    2 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil

  • Sour cream
    4 tbsp.
  • Wheat flour
    1 cup
  • Red pepper chili
    to taste
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

  • Cut the fish into strips, dry with a napkin. Season the fillet with salt and ground black pepper.

  • Roll the cod in flour. Then pour the olive oil in a frying pan and put the fish. Saute it until golden brown. Don’t put all the pieces of fish at once, saute the cod in small portions. Then dry the fish with a napkin.

  • Cook the sauce. Finely cut the tomatoes, red onion, coriander, parsley and green onion. Crush the sauce or grate it. At the end mix all the ingredients, add the sour cream and lemon juice. Season with all spices (look the ingredients).

  • Put some part of the cod on the tortilla, top with 1/8 of the salsa sauce. Take 2 tacos per serving.
