Cut the fish into strips, dry with a napkin. Season the fillet with salt and ground black pepper.
Roll the cod in flour. Then pour the olive oil in a frying pan and put the fish. Saute it until golden brown. Don’t put all the pieces of fish at once, saute the cod in small portions. Then dry the fish with a napkin.
Cook the sauce. Finely cut the tomatoes, red onion, coriander, parsley and green onion. Crush the sauce or grate it. At the end mix all the ingredients, add the sour cream and lemon juice. Season with all spices (look the ingredients).
Put some part of the cod on the tortilla, top with 1/8 of the salsa sauce. Take 2 tacos per serving.
