To make juicy and tender turkey cutlets, add cream. The ground meat may not contain excessive amounts of liquid. This dish is made of turkey fillets, cilantro and spices. The best recipe for dieters and children! And it is easy to cook!

  • Cilantro
    1 bunch
  • Egg
    1
  • Onion
    1
  • Garlic
    1,8 cloves
  • Cream (30%)
    6,6 fl. oz
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste

Method

  • Grind the fillet in a blender.

  • Peel the onion and garlic. Then grind it.

  • Add egg, salt, pepper and chopped cilantro to the ground turkey. Mix all ingredients.

  • Then add the cream to the ground meat, mix again.

  • Heat the frying pan, pour olive oil. Brown the meatballs on both sides until tender.
