  • Turkey fillet
    1,3 lb.
  • White bread
    4 slices
  • Milk
    3,4 fl. oz
  • Onion
  • Egg
  • Garlic
    2 cloves
  • Parsley
    3 tbsp.
  • Wheat flour
    2 tbsp.
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Ground black pepper
    to taste

  • Grind the fillet in a blender.

  • Then soak the bread in milk and add to the ground turkey. Mix everything in a bowl and put into the fridge.

  • Peel the onion and garlic. Then finely chop them.

  • Heat the frying pan and pour vegetable oil. Saute chopped onion and garlic until tender.

  • Finely chop the parsley, mix with fried onion and add to the ground turkey.

  • Break the egg into a bowl and add to the ground turkey. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Pour the flour in a plate. Then make the cutlets in the form of small balls, roll them in flour. Saute in a frying pan on both sides over medium heat until tender.
