Cheese and Grape Appetizers

  • Almonds
    1 cup
  • Grapes
    1 pound
  • Cream cheese
    1 package
  • Blue cheese
    1 oz
  • Parsley
    2 tbsp
  • Flax seeds
    to taste
  • Pomegrate seeds
    to taste

  • First of all, process almond in processor. Roast it in a pan until they get golden brown, it will take couple 7-10 minutes. Cool almonds in a bowl.

  • Next step, take medium bowl and add cream cheese then blue cheese and in the end parsley. Mix cream.

  • Rinse grapes and separate berries from branches. Skewer each berry. Dip grapes in cheese cream mix, then in crushed almonds. Let it chill in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. In addition, you can use pomegranate or flax seeds for decorating.
