First of all, process almond in processor. Roast it in a pan until they get golden brown, it will take couple 7-10 minutes. Cool almonds in a bowl.
Next step, take medium bowl and add cream cheese then blue cheese and in the end parsley. Mix cream.
Rinse grapes and separate berries from branches. Skewer each berry. Dip grapes in cheese cream mix, then in crushed almonds. Let it chill in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. In addition, you can use pomegranate or flax seeds for decorating.
