First of all, start with heating oven to 350F and put some butter on baking sheet and let it melt.
In large sauсe bowl whisk maple syrup, cider, lemon juice and vanilla beans or seeds with cardamom.
Rinse, peel, slice pears and remove cores. Place pears on a baking sheet and add whisked ingredients. Cook for 45 minutes and don’t forget to pour pears with juice from the bottom of baking dish.
