Apple Cider and Cardamom Roasted Pears

Delicate baked pears paired with apple syrup cream are the perfect end to any dinner.

    1 tblsp
  • Fresh lemon juice
    2 tblsp
  • Ground cardamom
    1 tblsp

  • First of all, start with heating oven to 350F and put some butter on baking sheet and let it melt.

  • In large sauсe bowl whisk maple syrup, cider, lemon juice and vanilla beans or seeds with cardamom.

  • Rinse, peel, slice pears and remove cores. Place pears on a baking sheet and add whisked ingredients. Cook for 45 minutes and don’t forget to pour pears with juice from the bottom of baking dish.
