  • To make the pie, preheat the oven to 350 F. Take two containers. In one, mix 2 tbsp. of lemon juice, 6 eggs whites, and ¼ cup of milk. In another bowl, whisk 1 cup of flour and ¾ tsp. salt with the ½ tbsp. baking powder. Combine mixes.

  • Add the crushed chocolate and bake for 30 minutes in a round baking dish covered with parchment. After that minutes, remove and set aside to infuse at room temperature. Cut vertically cake to get 2 round cakes.

  • Then beat the ½ cup of sugar and ¾ cup of butter until smooth and without lumps.

  • Now you need to assemble the whole cake. To do this, prepare all the necessary components: a cake stand, a brush and frosting. Place one cake on the cake stand and spread cream on top. Repeat, then place the cake again and sprinkle the frosting over it. Cover the sides with white vanilla frosting and leave the top without frosting. Let it cool.

  • Place one trimmed layer on a cake stand or serving platter.


  • How do you make the white vanilla frosting?

    Take 2 cups of pre-melted butter. Put in a separate bowl and beat with a mixer until smooth. Add to this mixture 6 cups of sugar, vanilla and salt to taste. Beat until homogeneous.

  • How do you make crumble chocolate?

    To do this, we need a bar of chocolate and a towel. Leave the bar in the freezer for an hour beforehand. We take a towel and cover the chocolate. We take the chocolate, wrap it in the towel and crumble it with our hands. After that, we pour everything into a bowl.
