  • Fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

  • Short-grain rice

  • Brown sugar

  • First of all, take pan add water, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, salt. Let it boil on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove spices.

  • Now, add one cup of coconut milk and cup of water.

  • Rinse rice and add to boiling coconut broth. Also, some sugar to taste.

  • Cook rice until it gets through and creamy, and all broth is absorbed (around 25 minutes).Cool rice and place it the refrigerator.
