Lovely and tender cookies will be a great snack for tea. Any of your favorite sweet toppings will go well together.

  • Butter
    3 tblsp
  • Sweet syrop
    3 tblsp
  • Vanilla
    tblsp
  • Jam
    3 tblsp

Method

  • First of all, start with heating oven to 350F and cover it with parchment baking dish.

  • Next step is melting butter in microwave or in a pan and with blending almond flour, syrop, vanilla. You’ll get dough. Roll small balls and place them on baking dish.

  • Now make small deepening using teaspoon and fill with jam. Put cookies in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Cool before serving.
