Start cooking with whisking in large bowl 3 cups of flour, ¾ tsp. of baking soda, 1 tbls. of cinnamon, 1 tbls. ginger, ½ tblsp. of nutmeg, ¾ tblsp. of cloves and ½ tbsp.of salt till it gets smooth.
Next step is creaming ½ cup of butter with ½ tblsp. of sugar until it becomes light and airy. Then gently add one egg, 1 tblsp. of vanilla and continue blending. Finally, compound with flour mix.
Obtained dough divide into two parts, roll in a medium balls and refrigerate it for couple hours.
Now, prepare place for rolling dough by seasoning it with flour. Once you are ready use rolling pin and roll dough until it gets medium thick. Preheat oven to 350 F.
Finally, you’re ready to cut dough using favorite cookie cutters. Place cookies on a baking dish cored with parchment and bake it for 7-10 minutes.
As soon as cookies are baked and cooled you can decorate them in any way you like.
