  • Vanilla extract

  • Ground cinnamon
    1 tblsp
  • Brown sugar

  • Egg
    1 pcs
  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Ground nutmeg

  • Baking soda
    tsp
  • Ground ginger
    1 tblsp
  • Ground cloves
    tblsp

Method

  • Start cooking with whisking in large bowl 3 cups of flour, ¾ tsp. of baking soda, 1 tbls. of cinnamon, 1 tbls. ginger, ½ tblsp. of nutmeg, ¾ tblsp. of cloves and ½ tbsp.of salt till it gets smooth.

  • Next step is creaming ½ cup of butter with ½ tblsp. of sugar until it becomes light and airy. Then gently add one egg, 1 tblsp. of vanilla and continue blending. Finally, compound with flour mix.

  • Obtained dough divide into two parts, roll in a medium balls and refrigerate it for couple hours.

  • Now, prepare place for rolling dough by seasoning it with flour. Once you are ready use rolling pin and roll dough until it gets medium thick. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  • Finally, you’re ready to cut dough using favorite cookie cutters. Place cookies on a baking dish cored with parchment and bake it for 7-10 minutes.

  •  As soon as cookies are baked and cooled you can decorate them in any way you like.
