  • First of all, put the oven to preheat 425 F.  Rinse and dry with kitchen papper the chicken and sweet potatoes. Theen pour a bit of oil and season with salt to taste. Place meat and vegetables on the baking pan with arranged parchment. Bake it until rasting for 30-45 minutes.

  • Meantime, let's prepare sauce in a small bowl mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, and cayenne pepper and whisk all together.

  • Next step is rinsing and chopping broccoli. Don't forget to add some olive oil and combine well.

  • Final step is removing baking pan from the oven and pouring the chicken from both sides and potatoes with the sauce. Arrange broccoli around the meat in a single layer. Let it cook for 10 minutes more.
